Dragonhead Bracelet, Silver (large)

Torque style bracelet with dragonhead terminals. The original was found in Gotland, Sweden. This is a handmade replica in massive silver.

In the Viking Age bracelets were often given out by chieftains or kings to reward the loyalty of their warriors and followers. Apart from being decorative they could also be used as currency to trade with.
