Tromsø Dragonhead Bracelet, Silver (small)

Handmade, torque style bracelet with dragonhead terminals. The original heads were terminals on a chain found in Tromsø, Norway.

In the Viking Age bracelets were often given out by chieftains or kings to reward the loyalty of their warriors and followers. Apart from being decorative they could also be used as currency to trade with.
